Choose guardians, place them, then send your first wave.
Fast virus · Neutrophils fire rapidly; Signal Cells slow it.
SHIELD · Blue protection absorbs damage. Breaker Cells bypass it.
REGEN · Recovers health. Focus fire and mark it with B Cells.
Spore Sovereign · Gains a shield, then accelerates. Use Pulse during its 3-second charge to prevent extra invaders.
MARK / SLOW · Gold marks amplify your damage; purple slows buy time.
Choose a guardian in the bottom bar, then tap open tissue to place it. You can also drag a guardian from the bar onto the field. Keep clear of the path and other cells. Tap a deployed guardian to evolve or recycle it.
Send each wave when ready. Use Target to prioritize the front invader, the strongest invader, or the fastest invader. Level 2 guardians can evolve into one of two specializations. Shields absorb damage; regenerators recover health; bosses change phases as they weaken. Breaker Cells bypass shields. Signal Cells slow invaders; B Cells mark them for extra damage. Immune Pulse slows all enemies briefly, then needs 35 seconds to recharge. Protect the body through eight waves to earn stars and unlock the next mission.
