Privacy

Effective October 11, 2026. This policy describes the current Alchemy Vista prelaunch web game and the prepared local iOS beta. The native beta is not yet released. If payment, advertising, account or analytics services are added, this policy will be updated to reflect those services before they are enabled.

Who operates the game

Game data on your device

No player account or sign-in is required. The game does not provide player account creation.

Collections, names you give them, recipes, awards, clue history, daily hint usage and preferences are stored locally. The prepared iOS beta also keeps a local recovery snapshot in the app’s storage. These are not a studio cloud account or cross-device synchronization service.

Ten collections share daily hint usage and unlocked clues on the same device. Internal test mode keeps simulated credits and clue usage separately; it does not process real payment or advertising transactions.

Web hosting and links

Playing the web version makes requests to the hosting service to deliver game files. The service processes network information such as your IP address as part of serving and protecting the site. Hosting and email services may maintain operational records under their own practices. The game has no integrated advertising or analytics SDK today.

The prepared iOS beta includes the core game resources locally. External reference links and email support may open another website or service, which may have its own privacy practices.

Backups you choose

Exporting creates a collection file in a destination you choose. That destination may use a cloud-storage service with its own practices. Import reads the file you select and merges it into the active collection. Current exported collection files omit hint history and commercial balances.

Contacting support

If you email the studio, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you send. We use correspondence to answer your request and investigate problems. Keep passwords and payment credentials out of messages. You may contact the same address to request deletion of correspondence, subject to records that must be retained for applicable obligations.

Removing local data

There is no in-game delete option for occupied collections. Browser storage controls or uninstalling the native app can erase local data, including collections, shared hint history, daily hint usage and preferences. Export backups first if you want to keep progress. Copies exported to Files, cloud storage or another location must be deleted there separately. The studio cannot recover a device-local collection it never received.

Apple testing and future services

Apple’s testing, distribution and diagnostic services operate under Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices. The final signed native build and any future SDKs will be reviewed separately before its App Store privacy answers are completed. This policy does not describe a live monetized release.
