How hints work

One new hint includes two clues for the same combination. A more specific clue and later rereads are free. Clues never reveal the complete combination.

Every element and prize can be earned through play. Hints are optional; your ingredients stay yours.

A little guide

Choose two elements and tap Combine elements. Nothing is consumed, and ingredients work in either order. You can use the same element twice.

In Tools, Useful ingredients shows owned elements that can lead to undiscovered results. Some partner ingredients may still be missing. Turn it off to show your full collection again; search and other filters still apply.

Each new discovery opens a celebration. Collect every element in a themed group to unlock its magnificent collection painting. Medals celebrate discovery milestones. When one experiment earns several prizes, tap Next prize to see each one, then Back to mixing to return. The first Primordial Forces introduction ends with Begin discovering.

Open Achievements to see paintings, medals and the elements still missing. A completed painting can be opened full screen; use its zoom controls and scroll to explore. The four starting elements already earn Primordial Forces.

Hints offer two clues toward something you can discover with ingredients you already own. They never show the complete recipe. Both clues and later rereads belong to one hint. Opening Hints does not spend a hint; check your shared daily allowance before requesting one. Previous hints lets you reread eligible clues for free. Explore freely: a suggested collection never blocks other discoveries.

Save files lets you switch between ten independent collections. Occupied saves can be continued or renamed, not deleted or restarted. Start another collection in an empty space. Progress saves automatically on this device; open Save files → Backup & recovery to export or import the active save. Pin ingredients to Favorites or retry experiments from Mix history. Element illustrations support pinch zoom and dragging. Sound is optional.

On iPhone, use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen for an app-style shortcut. Browser and Home Screen saves may be separate. Export a backup before switching, then import it into the active save. There is no automatic cloud sync.

Discoveries belong to Base, Wonders, Legends or Real Marvels. Special illustrated frames match each scene’s theme. Painting editions reflect their featured discoveries; a scene may combine real and imagined subjects.
